Frequently Asked Questions

Yes we do. We also have both a videographer and a photographer on staff. They will work with you to put together the content for your website if it is something extra requested or part of the original project specs. In situations where photography or video is required outside of our local office area we will make arrangements with other photographers or videographers in that geographical area to capture the imagery or video we need.

Web site maintenance is the process of keeping your website up-to-date with fresh content and general development work which would occur after a site is posted.

Yes we do. Contact us for details and pricing.

If you are ever approached by a company which guarantees search engine placement, walk away! Real search engine optimization involves a systematic approach to improve visibility based upon the standards set by the search engines. In addition, regular evaluation of how people are interacting with your site is required.

No problem. Additional hours of work can be performed at a reduced hourly rate. We will notify you if we are at the threshold of using up your hours for and project of updating. Most clients do not go over unless they decide to have us working on a large scale project for their site.

We offer maintenance packages based upon a set number of hours within a given month.

Yes. Check out our page on web site maintenance.

Absolutely, if that is the direction you would like to go. One of the things we specialize in is content management systems in which things like text, photos and documents can be posted to the website through a backend administrative section of the site. When we discuss your project, we will go over various content management options.

From a project perspective, we will not start creating web pages until the content for those pages acquired. Fortunately we have people on staff that will work with you in gathering the content together. The exception to this might be a situation like an e-Commerce site or a site in which you will be inputting your own data such as products, articles, etc.

We require half of the original estimate and the balance upon deployment of your website.

Absolutely we can. If you do not have a logo for your new website, our staff can review some examples and create one from scratch.

There are several factors which affect the amount of time it will take to be built a website from start to finish. Some of the most important factors are the size of the website, the features of the website which will need to be built or implemented and the amount of content which needs to be built versus content which is already built but simply needs to be posted.

There really is not any set rate for web site design. Some companies will lure you in with a set price but many times these are bait and switch techniques or based on a pre-compiled set of pages with a strict layout. Think of pricing a web site like you would price a construction project. The cost is dependent upon the supplies needed, the amount of work which will go into the project and the features you want.
